They don't have to be perfect, but they do need to be worked on every day, and there are always small things you can do to improve. Each of the pillars is briefly described below. Not only lungs and heart but smoking affects our memory too.

Recent studies have shown that smoking has negative effects on memory in addition to its detrimental effects on the lungs and heart. ‎   Young adults who do not smoke are more likely to have memory loss and forgetfulness as they age than middle-aged persons, according to Ohio State University researchers.   Researchers found that when smokers or tobacco addicts quit their habit, fortunately, the adverse consequences start to lessen.   The association between smoking and cognitive aging is being investigated in this study for the first time.
